How to Cancel Your Subscription
Canceling your subscription is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to cancel your plan:
Access Your Dashboard
Log in to your account
Navigate to your dashboard
Locate the Plan Details Box
On your dashboard, find the "Plan Details" box
Open the Cancellation Menu
Look for the three dots (⋮) icon within the Plan Details box
Click on the three dots to reveal a dropdown menu
Select the "Cancel Subscription" option from the menu
Complete the Cancellation Survey
A survey will appear asking for feedback on your cancellation
Fill out the survey with your responses (this step helps us improve our services)
Confirm Cancellation
After the survey, locate the "Cancel Subscription" button
Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button to finalize the process
Verification
You will receive a confirmation message that your subscription has been canceled
Important Notes:
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle
For monthly plans: No charges will be deducted from the next month onwards
For yearly plans: No charges will be deducted for the next year
