How to Cancel Your Subscription

Canceling your subscription is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to cancel your plan:

  1. Access Your Dashboard

    • Log in to your account

    • Navigate to your dashboard

  2. Locate the Plan Details Box

    • On your dashboard, find the "Plan Details" box

  3. Open the Cancellation Menu

    • Look for the three dots (⋮) icon within the Plan Details box

    • Click on the three dots to reveal a dropdown menu

    • Select the "Cancel Subscription" option from the menu

  4. Complete the Cancellation Survey

    • A survey will appear asking for feedback on your cancellation

    • Fill out the survey with your responses (this step helps us improve our services)

  5. Confirm Cancellation

    • After the survey, locate the "Cancel Subscription" button

    • Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button to finalize the process

  6. Verification

    • You will receive a confirmation message that your subscription has been canceled

Important Notes:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle

  • For monthly plans: No charges will be deducted from the next month onwards

  • For yearly plans: No charges will be deducted for the next year
